TOPIC: Wood Destroying Insect Inspection

Hello all, hope this post finds you and your business well. I have just recently received my wood destroying insect license. I was wondering if any of you perform these types of inspections and what do you do as far as reporting. I know we have the standard form but I was more curious as to whether or not any of you take digital photo's and if you have a pre-inspection agreement or disclaimers that you have clients sign BEFORE the actual inspection takes place? I am just looking for some feed back as there is plenty of liability in doing these types of inspections just like doing an actual full GHI. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

In your state I know David Macy does them. We have lots of other guys in Ohio but I don't know which of them do termite inspections.

I started to go for my termite license but the doors opened for me to get my real estate license instead.  I may try and get it a little later.
