Settled is a relative term when restoring a one hundred and eleven year old house lol but yes....temp plumbing to 2 bathrooms, in the process of removing an old spun cast iron waste line to finish the Empress's master bathroom..... then I get to rewire 12 sub-panels most of which are installed in confined space. Then we can start planning the big kitchen/family room/pool room. will keep those areas 1920's styles.

that is the three year plan unless business suddenly tanks ...then that phase of work will be done much faster.

My wife waited 30 years for a bathroom in the wash room in the basement, and now that I am retired, I finally started. But I need a hip replacement so what used to take me two hours to do now takes two days.
Kinda like "what I used to do all night now takes all night to do huh!" LOL

Hi Dom, hope all is well with you and Family.
Yes, I am schedule for a left hip replacement on May 29 and the other in August. Wish I could get it done sooner, but they are booked up. Incredible.
In the mean time, Tylenol and nerve pain medicine. Now that I am retired, I can't do diddle. Walking around with a cane and the hip injections help a little.
Oh well, they saw I will be a new man once I get both hips done, and I can't wait. LOL
