I'm trying Will! There's some guys who don't have websites with us, only the software so I thought this would be more appropriate.

Steven, get a program like PrimoPDF (free). Then in Acrobat you can tell it to Print certain pages using the 'Selected Pages' section of Print, just enter 2-19 for example to skip the cover. Otherwise you'd need Adobe Acrobat Pro or a cheaper program like Nitro PDF to edit the PDF. Like Will said, if it's encrypted you won't be able to edit it. But right now only our software and one other encrypts, though some people do it on their own after with other programs (but most don't).
