We fished Vermillion once, took a family vacation there close to Labor Day.  Weather was rotten, cold, windy, rainy the entire week.  We got out 2 times, and found plenty of fish but getting them to open their mouths was really tough.  Actually, from here, Vermillion isn't all that far; mileage, yes, but time wise not bad. 
Marcel, that bites about work.  We were dead in the water all July and most of August.  Took a 37 degree night here and now we've been busy putting windows in.  Lots of shoppers though...it'll all pick up soon, it can't get much worse, right!!!!  ;D

I've never been ice lake fishing. Mostly deep sea fishing and normal lake fishing. Sounds like it'd be COOL though

you crack me up Dom. Yes, ice fishing can get pretty COOL at times.

Cool for ice fishing could be an understatement.

"Freezing Cold" more like it. But that is why we got the smelt shacks to keep warm while watching the flags go up.
