No one argues about prices, but they want the inspection done in most cases within (7) days. I'm currently booked out through Friday, May 22. I normally only get to keep maybe two or three inspections that call in each day.

I was a multi-inspector firm in 1988 during the boom. I got in more trouble than it was worth.
