There are more than just electrical issues in the photo of the roof top systems. And I am sure a fine young inspector like yourself knew that.

And yes Cluster**** is a common phrase you can use in your report. Just hyperlink the **** and have a picture and sounds of a toilet flushing.

What?  There are other problems?  Joking!!!  Yes, there are many other problems.  Were just talking electrical here.  I may add some other topics for other stuff, but I felt this house was actually in pretty good condition for a 1946 house.

Last week I inspected a home built in 1917. Very simalar issues. It had old knob and tube wiring still installed throughout the home with what looked to be 1970's electrical panel, and modern electrical wiring in part. Knob and Tube was disconnected in attic but still in use in the crawl space. GFCI outlets in bathrooms were ungrounded. The list went on and on and on.

Not to mention the Concrete foundation was crumbling, had mounds built up around the crawlspace. Oh and the furnace had issues that turned out to be a cracked heat exchanger.

Not much elso though ;D

Oh and no military service for me, my step daughter just graduated army boot camp this last week.
