Go through the file menu in upper left corner and save as....PDF is an option.

Ian, doesn't exist in Word.

Louie you need to download a program like BullZip at mirror.pdfatlas.com/mirror/BullzipPDFPrinter_6_0_0_766.zip . Then double click on the file and install it. Then when in Word, go to Print and select the Bullzip printer and it will ask where you want to save the PDF.

Say what Dom? I just did it. Did I misunderstand the question? Sorry, I meant the office button. Create the Word doc then you can choose what you are saving it as, right? Man, now I feel like that dog running around the tree watching my chain get shorter and shorter, so confused. What did I miss?

What Dom was saying is saving is you cant save a file in PDF format from Microsoft Word without downloading that other program.  After you download it, in order to make the PDF file you have to act like your going to print your file, but instead of actually printing you choose the option to create a PDF, the save the file instead of printing it.

Its sounds more confusing than it actually is.
