That looks excellent.
Are you using the tablet to input data as you inspect.

Also are you batch adding photos by transferring the card or using wireless transfer between a camera and the tablet

certain inspections I bring this to for now, when I have a vacant home I bring it and one family homes , I do a lot of multi family homes and can not bring it along , I have to get in and out so I take alot of pics and finish in the car with it , I am still looking for a good rugged case to put this in , I have an eye-fi card the transfers to my phone when I use the mobile version and transfers to the surface...

Once you get your otterbox case, do you see the Surface 3 as the future for single family home inspections

yep I sure do.... would be great if eventually you could take pics like the mobile version ..
