Tim, it's not really the app, it's a limitation of phones. Phones aren't meant to run a single app for that long so some phones start to slow down as they run low on memory. So people have needed to click back to exit the app and go back in. This is much less of a problem on newer phones though. In fact the number of people telling us they have to do this has dropped by at least 90% in the last 6 months. The newer versions of HIP mobile are also a lot more lightweight as we worked around this issue as much as possible.
