TOPIC: Transfer HIP to new computer

Recently, my computer crashed and I had to re-load HIP. I send all reports back to myself when I send them to clients. When I re-loaded HIP, none of the files were there any longer. Is it possible to turn a file from a pdf back to a working file? If so, how? Thank you!

No, PDF files are the equivalent to a printed report, they can't be converted back to a template. Do you have any backups of the data on your computer or were you using our cloud services at all?
