I looked at the Think pad also and like it too. I think I might hold out a little longer. I really like a few of them, but I keep coming back too the slate 2.

I haven't used a Slate...but It seems like a good idea. I do almost no keyboard entry in the field anymore. What I like about my OLD Lenovo is that I have the docking station at home...and it very easy to finish up the report.

Remember with HIP you can just send that hzf to any computer and finish the report. Doesn't even matter if it's Windows in the field and Mac at home. So while you can get a docking station, you don't need to bother with the smaller screen at home.

True. I use Dropbox also, so it makes it easy to share files between PC's. By the way Dom, that is sweet that you can share files between MAC and PC.

Ok guys, so what has everyone chosen. Has anyone jumped on the HPSlate2 and who ended up with the NL3 and what do you think of it. I've got to make a decision in the next few days so any other advice. I want to complete as much of my report as possible in the field.
