Hi Mark,

All Android programs, including Mobile HIP have voice. It's built into Android. I demoed this over the last few days at InspectionWorld, it'll be out in the next week. On the Samsung Galaxy Tab it even has handwriting recognition. You will be collecting all your data and can even take pictures (though I still recommend a normal camera due to the lack of zoom!).
