John you get this for your notebook /tablet www.prohoists.com/Shopping.idc?ProductID=32 and then you get this, www.dcacpowerinverters.com/ you can deliver your report on site add your photos or e mail it there on the spot. Then head to the next inspection or where ever your day is done. I have a battery powered printer I will be able to print on site. ;D ;D
