The T91 also comes with a disk expander slot and a 16 gig card to give you more storage space. ;)

Hi John
Microsoft really does not want XP hanging around, but allows it on the systems with less than 2 gigs of ram.
I think they bumped up that limit from 1 gig and the netbooks do not hold as much hard drive space so it is a good idea to store things on an aux hard drive or zip drive to not overload the system.

I for sure would say to not buy one as-a primary computer.

T91 is a new tablet that just came out and lots of those floor reps may never have heard of it.

Yes I knew that they are trying to get rid of XP.  I wanted to know if they sell the T91 with Microsoft 7.  All the ones I have seen are XP.  And I saw that they offer an external disk drive for this computer.  I just wanted to know if Louie had gotten it too.  If I do get this computer, it will be for inspections only.

You would not want to upgrade past XP on these as they take up to much ram.

I just went and bought a new desktop with Vista and miss having add ons such as microsoft power toys photo reducer along with my Google notebooks all available at a right click , but no longer.

XP was better in my opinion.

I use XP now, but I heard that Microsoft 7 takes up less resources.  I don't know if that true or not, just what I heard.

John, the ASUS T91 JUST came out! It's getting bought up quickly so you have to call places to find out who has them in stock. They will probably have a Windows 7 version in October.
