Thanks Dom, just got back for the week.

I right click on one of my pictures for shits and giggles and when scrolling on open with, I found Microsoft Office Manager that has the editing capabilities and resizing I need.
I guess, I have that capacity after all.

Is the size requirement for here 640 x 480 for posting?
I have to manually set the size.
