Funny. That was an accident. I ran the Google toolbar spellchecker as I was told I had a word spelled wrong. It highlighted the text in the editor, I didn't realize it was actually changing it on the site though! I'll have to think of how to use that bring things out, hmm.

How about a "missed report section alert"?

Say you click on the interior tab, then all the items open under interior. Say you are racing through a report and you miss a section. Like I have baths, kit, laundry, plumbing, attic etc. I fill out the entire report but I forgot to open the laundry section. Then I review the report before sending it and did not even notice the laundry was not included.

The only idea I have for this is the all the templates tabs are one color, like the blue/gray they are now. If you hit "generate report" and did not select a tab or section, the section word or tab shows up red (or whatever color) alerting you that you forgot to click on it which means you did not fill out that item.

Or maybe when you hit "generate report", a message pops up: laundry not filled out, either complete section or go to "report settings, print order and uncheck section.

I'm always nervous that I am missing something, so I keep checking and double checking.

 

This is one I've been looking at the best way to do it for awhile. The best idea I can think of is to consider a tab completed if you've clicked on it. For people using ratings I can scan and check if a rating was checked or not, but not all people use them. Post this in a new thread so we can discuss the best logic to use.
