Doing a report now and thinking it sure would be nice if I could add comments into template with a click that would stay in template (just the one chosen)without adding all the other comments too that were narrated before that.

Simply hitting save adds comments you may not wish to include from what was added before that in the present report .

We've already discussed and are working on a way to have pre-filled templates. Not sure if there will be an easy way to have more than one per template, but we'll see.

Is it possible that once a client completes a contract online, that they will get some type of confirmation notice or email?  I would think that when we receive the email, they could receive a copy automatically.  What do you think?

If you setup your website form properly the client and you will see the exact same form. Which site are you referring to and which page and I'll check out how you have yours setup.

I would like to see a "check version" button or "Get or check latest version" button in the about section of HIP.

I didn't see this mentioned before:

Could you add a second CLIENT email as well as a second REALTOR email? Or have it so more than one email can be added to the current box, say separated by a semi-colon?
