So what triggers the green checkmark when a section is completed? Sometimes there are items within a section that don't apply, do those unused items have to be run through to make this work? Seems to me a simple checkbox when your done is easier.

If you don't have ratings enabled then you simply need to click the tab of all items in the section. So if you're not commenting on something just click the tab.

Is there any updates on the APP for Android or is it just for the desktop software? I do most of the inspection in the field and one that I would like to see is the component color changing gradually to grey as you complete items and not only when a components if fully complete. There are many times that one item may not be present and it is not clicked on, but the component shows in white color as NOT COMPLETED.

Hi Panos,
That's not a suggestion I've heard before. The actual selected color can be changed to something other than gray but it does only change completely when it's done. What exactly is the purpose of the gradual colors? |

Hi Dominic. The attached picture is of an inspection from today. Each component has several items on it. If for example I look at the Garage component, it is not highlighted 'Grey' because only one of the 11 items are not completed because it does not apply to the specific property. This is the same with every other component that is not highlighted 'Grey'. Is there a way for that component line to be highlighted according to the completion percentage. This is how the previous software we used was working.

I like the idea I'm just trying to think it through. I understand with it being white you don't know if it's done or not. The problem is you still won't know if it's done or not if it's partially grayed. We have added a feature on the desktop where you can double click a tab to change it's status and are working on doing this on mobile too. That would allow you to mark an item completed even with no comments on it.
