Can we fix the issue where the red text doesn't appear on a new line sometimes? Kind of a pain having to go back and add random new lines to regular text. Thanks!

I'm having the same issue and it's driving me nuts.

HELP !!! Another inspector and I are in "training" and the owner of the company wants us to submit the report to him for review before sending to the client. The problem is that after we clean up our report and submit them to him for his review, some of the corrections we have made - both images and verbiage, just disappears and gets deleted like we've never made the corrections in the first place. It's very frustrating to all of us. Obviously, he just thinks we are constantly leaving these things out since we are new. We both consider ourselves pretty intelligent guys and very tech savvy. Anytime we make a single change, we save the report before moving to the next issue. Its seems to be no real pattern to our problem. Not understanding why the corrections are getting deleted during the transmission of the file to him, sent as an email attachment. Was wondering if anyone else has had similar issues and what we can do to solve this.

It sounds like you're not generating the report again. Make sure you close the PDF (as Windows can't write over a file open), then Generate the report again. Review it and make sure it's correct, then send it out. HIP definitely won't drop anything that you've selected. If you need help, email This email address is being protected from spambots.
