TOPIC: Home Inspector Pro 4.0 Release Notes

HELP! I downloaded 4.2.8 from the download page and all seem ok with the program except it will not Generate a PDF in Adobe Reader. I have windows 8.1 and I confirmed through ABOUT that I have 4.2.8 installed. I uninstalled my Adobe XI and reinstalled Adobe XI. I restated my computer a few times and HIP still will not generate PDF file. I went directly to my folder with all my PDF reports and the PDF will not open when I double click on it. This happen last time I down loaded 4.2.1 and forgot what the Live Support did to fix this. Anyone else experience this.

I keep getting a "Fatal Error" Adobe failed to connect to a DDE server.

Hmm sounds like an issue outside of HIP. Are you using Adobe Reader or the full Adobe Acrobat? Email me a copy of a the pdf.
