TOPIC: video in report

It's not public yet. Being tested internally.

Not sure if I like the idea or not and go back and forth on using it to get material comments and /or tips out of the way to use print only for issues in the report.

Illinois requires certain material comments however and also new first time buyers like the massive reports [vs ] investor groups that want the meat only.

Tough part in this business is consistency is important from a legal standpoint and contracts would need to reflect change in report methods if implemented.

Yep, Kevin thats what it is all about....to our liking.
We all have certain ways we would like to do a report ..me included and sometimes what we think we want actually might not work as well.
