I'm a bit confused. There is no recallchek page on the iPad. Are you referring to a page you created in your template?

I have created a RecallChek page in my template.  It works great and pulls the info from the various places in the report.  If I create an inspection on my PC, it works perfectly.  However, when I create an inspection on my IPad, upload to the cloud and download to the PC, the RecallChek page is not correct.  On the RecallChek page, the tab field is blank and I have to re-assign it with every inspection.  Not a huge problem, but ...  Thanks.

Next question...  I have used two versions on the IPad - the standard 4/20 mobile version (standard version) and a new version that has lists working (list version).  I noticed the list version was much slower.  In the PC terminology, there is a screen on the IPad for the PC menu, a second screen for the PC tabs and a third screen for the PC selection/damage choices.  There is a noticeable pause on the IPad when going from the 2nd/tab screen to the 3rd/damage screen.  Did anyone else notice this?

One more color request...

Please color the Rating when it is selected.  There is a checkmark on the right side of the screen when the rating is selected, but that is a lot harder to see.  Thanks.

More questions...

I have a statement such as "The lights in the following locations did not work:  <<Interior Locn>>.  blah, blah".  When using a PC, the first light that I find that does not work, I create a Red item and choose the location.  After that, I type in new locations separated by a semi-colon.  Works great and the template does not change.  Today, using the IPad, I chose one location and entered others.  When I upload to the cloud and download to the PC, the list is dead (already been discussed).  However, the additional comments that I typed into the item are also listed on the left side of the damage panel.  In other words, it has changed the template.  I did not think the IPad version could change the template.  Is this working like it should?  I hope not.

Is there a way to take a generic picture with the IPad?  I like to have pictures of all sides of the house, electrical panel, etc.  I want the picture kept in HIP but I don't want it in the report.  I could take pictures with a digital camera and batch load into HIP.  Now, Mobile HIP requires me to pick a slot and then take the picture.

Yes, the iPad can change the template. We have to allow that so guys can build their libraries in the field. I've considered a way to allow you to choose if it'll change it or not but haven't come up with a solution for this yet that I like.

Currently you'll need to exit mobile and take the pic with the normal iPad camera and then batch import them into HIP later. Easy enough but we will be adding a way within the app later.
