TOPIC: Photo Tab Color

Bob, Basic Jing for screen capture is free. I've had it for a couple of years. It's not sophisticated by any means but it is resident as a half "Sun" on the screen periphery that is unobtrusive and handy to click on and capture a specified area of the screen that you designate by defining a box. 

I figured it out.
