Dominic,
  You stated that HIP pulls the phone number from the "first phone number field" on ISN.  What do you considered the 1st field?  ISN has the numbers in the following order on the screen (top to bottom) - work, work fax, cell, home, home fax.  I almost always have a number in cell field.  When you stated above that you pull from the first field, I started copying numbers in the work field.  But, it is not pulling that down either.  What field are you pulling from?  Thanks.

I'll get a hold of ISN and check on this as I'm just looking at their API, which is the code side of the ISN integration. If you put a number in all values, which one pulls?

It pulls from the home phone number field.  I will make sure a number is in that field from now on.  Thanks.

Okay, good to know. I'll see about a method to scroll through the numbers in case that one is blank.
