AT&T groan! Ah, what are you gonna do?
So just so I understand, I can get the template from my base computer, say at home via wifi onto the Kindle. I can then go out & do an inspection using the Kindle. Then I can send the template back to my laptop at the inspection location only using a bluetooth connection and finish up the report onsite? Sorry if I seem dense, I am used to using iphone/ipad, dropbox etc. I just know that if I don't have a connection I can't get dropbox (cloud) sync. |

But you can still do a report on mobile and transfer it later.if you wish much like you can draft a letter off line.

You need internet to transfer from kindle to laptop to finish as that transfer goes through the cloud. Mobile phones are pushing away from doing anything but via cloud so that's the way we needed to go. If your phone has internet though you'd be good to go. At worst you'd need to walk outside for a few minutes to get a better signal.
