The issue probably had to do with your username's case sensitivity. Uninstall the app and install the latest. Then try logging in again. Let me know if you can download the template after this. If not, I might need to adjust the case of your username.

Dan did that last night.  I did exactly what you just said, uninstalled, reinstalled, etc...seemed to work, so I'll work with it later today too.

Dom, can we delete all of the templates that were downloaded to our phone when we were testing?  I.E., I've got 2 copies of Default, Res. 1 and Res. 2 on my phone still.

Not to mention, I'm still missing my template...doh!

Delete from phone was added in 3.1.10. Delete from server (which I think is what you mean) is coming soon.

You need to copy the template off your real computer onto your test machine so you can upload it! Or put 3.1.4 on your normal machine.
