Natahan says:
[New comments should be move to the top of the list. Right now when I improve a comment it goes to the end of the list and I have to move it up to the top position past other comments or scroll through to the end of the list to select it. Changing this would save a lot of time.] That is one of the better ideas which would be easy I bet for Dom. It is a pain scrolling sideways to every new narrative comment if in a category with more than one column just so you can select it. |

Just as many people would complain about this technique as would like it. The top of your list is for your most common comments, so this would mean you'd always have to move the comment around. |

Actually gotta disagree Dom.
The point of the question was he would like to add narrative comments not already in the template for one time use and not have to scroll over to select. Once the narrative (custom ) is complete it will not show up again other than in that particular report. Make sense? I fyou assume he is keeping it as a permanent template item which I do not think is the case than is it just as likely he would not wish it at bottom as t the top ? Perhaps adding a comment (new box) during a report should just have auto add to the right side though it needs to go red or black of course so going to the top would make selection faster than do the sideways scroll to re-find what was just typed and obviously to be used immediately.. |

I think it might make more sense to auto scroll to the right to show the last column rather than move the comment to the top.
