Ouch that stinks!!! I do think that the fact you're near Los Angeles and Russ is in Idaho has a lot to do with the bounced checks. People out here aren't exactly the most honest people.

There is probably some truth to that (unfortunately).  Also, concealed carry is not only common, but a way of life here.  Very few people mess with little old ladies that carry a .40.

Helps raise the honesty quotient . . .

Haha, yeah the only people here carrying .40's are the gang members. I can see that helping, especially the old ladies

I would not upload the file until I was paid. This would be no different if I were preparing a written report. - Thats my 2 cents

I'm sure some people would go that route too. The nice thing here is that you'd actually sign up with the credit card merchant so the money gets deposited to your account directly. Plus it becomes an easy way to accept credit cards without buying hardware.

Now thats what I'm talking about! Very smart. I like it.
