And it’s not just the template. When you share through the cloud – everything travels with it – PDF stationery, linked images and diagrams, documents, and forms. No extra steps, no missing pieces.

Cloud template sharing requires an active HIP Office or HIP Office Lite subscription. If you don’t have one, the Cloud Sync button will be grayed-out.
