In the sample it had and ASHI logo on the upper left and a green background over the center and to the right. Both of the images are not showing and I cannot find anywhere where I can put them in. The ASHI logo should then appear too unless you swapped it out on that page with another logo. If you did, just upload another logo. Check this box to be notified of replies to this topic.
