TOPIC: Unable to load to file browser

Building a site for another inspector in theme 7. He had me get the file from his website, he sent it to me through "You sent it". I am not sure if this is a problem with the theme or the servers or the PDF file. I am trying to DL a sample report in a PDF format. It looks to be loading but then stops and there is no file loaded. I tried with my own home inspection report and it worked, so I am wondering if the file is the issue. I have also loaded some images with no problem.

I was just thinking, the file size is 10.84MB, that seems pretty big to me. Is there a limit on the size that can be loaded at one time? My reports are the same number of pages as his, but only about 3MB.

Woah that is a huge report. Some software programs aren't very efficient in saving. What site is this? There might be a limit on the upload size.

Why would it be so large? Does your program compress the file?

Yes, HIP does an awesome job compressing. There is a size limit but it varies depending on the server the site was setup on, hence me asking you what site it is. The limit on that site is 5 megs. Send me the PDF and I'll see if I can shrink it down.
