TOPIC: Credit card page

My clients are not able to pay me on my credit card page. I tried it myself and it says "transaction is denied". This is happening on both sites. Anybody else having this issue? Also my text is out of place on the pages. see attached

Solved via email. Password wasn't correct.

You're still zoomed in. Go to View->Zoom->Reset on Firefox

They can pay now, it was the password issue. But the layout is not corrected by adjusting the zoom. I have tried all that and it still is messed up. It does not happen in Chrome or IE.

Hmm, looks fine to me in Firefox. Does anyone else see it this way?

Hi Doug,

First make sure you can log into the payfuse website. If you can't , contact the bank to reset your password. Then log into payfuse to confirm the info works and change your password if prompted (which you'll see if they gave you a temp password).

Once this is set log in here on homeinspectorpro.com ,click on Account Information on the left side of our home page, then Credit Card Info. Confirm that your password here is correct then try a test transaction on your site.
