do you think its wise (buy) to secure the biz/org for my website

Hi Mike,

There's really no reason except to keep a competitor from buying it. It has no actual search engine optimization benefit to you. If you were to buy another domain name you'd be better off choosing one large city around you and getting cityhomeinspector.com

Definitely not what you want to do. Old domain names have a better chance of high rankings as Google likes older sites. Keep both and hope you end up on the home page twice
