The change was applied to Theme 13, not Theme 18. But wait, the change has now also been applied to Theme 18. The contents of Blocks appearing the Content section of the page will now span the entire width of the Content section. Let us know if you're still experiencing the issue. If you're not immediately seeing the issue resolved, you may need to go reselect Theme 18 as the current theme.
