I am trying to put a contract agreement on one of my sites
www.longislandhomeinspection.org/inspection-agreement.html
.
I am having the following problems: 1) How do I set up that the client can get a copy of the contract? 2) The actual copy of the particulars of the contract are not broken up into paragraphs as I put them in...but just flow together. I also seem to have some program writing in the beginning of the particulars. 3) How do I hook up a credit card payment on the site? 4) I assume you send the client the link to the inspection agreement page? Not sure? |

I had juts Responded to you via email. Here's what I wrote:
Hi Hank, 1. When you create an 'email' field for the client, there will be a check box when editing that field that says to email this information to that address as well. 2. Edit the document with the editor turned off by clicking on Plain Text and enter your text in. That should work better for entering the text. If you still have problem let me know and I'll force the editor off on that page. 3. Check out www.homeinspectorpro.com/Credit-Card-Processing.html to sign up. 4. Most guys email the link when you book the inspection. You could also tell them on the phone to go click on it in your menu. Personally I think sending a link is better business. |

RE: Item 2 I had the same problem. I finally resorted to working in the text editor and usning HTML tags to do the formatting.<center></center> <font=xxx></font=xxx> etc. Simple tags work fine. You can find them on the net. Here's the code for inserting a picture: <div align="center"> <img align="center" src="C:\Program Files (x86)\Home Inspector Pro2\Data\Documents\logo.png"> </div> The part after src= is the path to the picture on your computer. You can set size, font, alignment, and force spacing between paragraphs using <br> or <br><br> if you want double space. Works great. |

We actually turned off the WYSIWYG editor on the contract as it was just conflicting in too many instances. Most people just wanted straight text. But if you want to be fancier, more power to ya!
