TOPIC: How does the site look?

Noticed you are NIFAST certified.  At $600, do you think you are getting a payback from the certification?  Are you including the fire inspection with a home inspection or marketing it seperately? 

Absolutely not! I do not market them at all now. The way a Nifast inspection is set up, I see too much liability in it. I and a couple of others have been working closely with Nifast to create a SOP to inspect from. We all felt that they desperately needed a standard for what is a home safety inspection. Heaven forbid something happened and you hadn't a standard to fall back on.

We have discussed this on other threads, Nifast is getting the standards underwritten now. When they are done, they have agreed to give them to me in consideration for all the help and I will be making a HIP template. HIP will be the first Software Co. to have the Nifast inspection.

Dominic you mentioned changing the picture to to a home you might find in New Jersey. 

is there a tutorial on how to change the header pictures?

Sorry, I missed this post. Click on Themes, then Configure next to your theme and you'll see the dimensions listed of the header image replacement. You can download the existing image and then work right over it.
