TOPIC: form in block?

form in block? 14 years 8 months ago #30169

I am hoping to add a form into the right block of the website, but can't figure out how to do that.  i want to add a "free estimate" block that will show up on every page.

The only way to do it is to create the form normally. Then view the page with the form, right click on the page and click View Source. Look for <form> and copy everything including and between <form> and </form>. Then go to your block, click View Source and paste that code in.

I want to add logos to the right block/ or whatever you call it, below the list of pages/index.

Robert, to do this you need to go into the block section and create a block. Once in the edit mode for the block, insert the image in the body of the block. Then save it and it will be in the block menu. From here you can put it where you want, like the header, right sidebar etc....Once you choose a location, scroll down and hit save blocks.

I tried that but I can't find <form>.  I even used Ctrl F to try and find it.  (I can find </form> using Ctrl F.)  What am I doing wrong?
Thanks.
