TOPIC: Downloading Sample Report

My sample report is 584 kb.  I have it saved as a desktop (adobe), taken from HIP software.  When I go to the Admin Menu page for sample report, click edit, click the link icon, the browser asks me for a http bla bla. -- then nothing happens when I hit the browser.  How do I get my report onto my site?

You should see a browse button. If you don't , try right clicking on the page, hold the shift key and hit refresh. That should force it. Otherwise you could have a script blocking it, but let me know if that handles it for you.

Got it to stick in the block window, but after I submit it, then go back and test it, it won't open.  It says "The Address is not Valid"

Make sure the file type is set to 'other' when you're creating the link. If you still have issues, post the link to the page here so we can check it out.

I switched it to "other", but
I get a yellow flag with an exclamation point that says : Problems with the web page might prevent it from being displayed properly or functioning properly
