TOPIC: Credit Card payment suggestion

I would like to see a drop down menu with the list of services added to the Credit Card payment page. This way I can differentiate between a home inspection and a website fee.

How about a comments box where they can type in what the payment is for? The CC Payment Page comes from our server so it would be more difficult to customize for each user.

That would work if it can be made a mandatory field.

It would be a bit strange to make it mandatory as some people wouldn't know what to type in. If you're doing website work for people though, aren't you going to know their name?

It is more of an accounting issue. I was planning on adding some text to the page on what their choices would be.

I would list it like this:

Please enter one of the following

Home Inspection
Radon Test
Website construction
Header creation

Does that make sense?

Yes, except sometimes they're getting a combination of multiple items. You could create a webform that when submitted redirects the user to the credit card payment page. This way you'd have complete control.
