TOPIC: Online contract

I wont to add my contract to my site and have clients be able to sign electronic. Like just type there name at the X or something. Does anyone have this or opinion on this?

I would check with your lawyer.

Quite a few guys upload or email a HIP contract to their clients but most want hand signatures. In some states they aren't acceptable.

Mike the new IL SOP changes will allow electronic signatures.

Now, how the hell do you know about Ill SOP changes?? I bet you have a bat-phone don't you!? But, seriously, How did you know? I didn't think they were set to expire until 2012.

Rick Maday read over the changes and sent me a quick review. He also posted it on the NACHI board along with Will Decker who posted the interesting stuff Rick said there were about 50 pages related to inspections. He wrote a letter complaining about some of the ambiguity.

I make sure to have good connections in each state that has strict SOP policies, like Texas.

And if that doesn't work, he just looks out the window and can see the beacon shining whenever there are impotant matters at hand!! ;D
