Some of the sites have moderators, some are setup and basically run themselves. I do have staff but most of those sites are hobby sites or other association sites that I'm working on.

We have a federal government contract with an agency that trains at risk youth, nothing with California state. Right now we have 4 full & part time employees. It changes though as I'll pick up people for projects from time to time.
