TOPIC: Page title

Is there a way to eliminate the page title from the content area?  Or is this an SEO thing?
If my Home page title (to appear at the top of the browser) is "city name home inspector covering city 2, city 3 and city 4" I don't think that looks good at the top of the content area.
If the title for you home page is simply "Home Inspections" that may look good at th etop of the content page, but not very good for SEO.

As of right now they are linked together. Let me see what I can do. You do want to make sure that words you use in your page title ARE included on the page itself somewhere otherwise the search engines won't give it as much credence. I understand what you are saying though and will check it out now!

Done. There are now two Page Title fields when editing a page. The first is what actually shows on the page, the second is for the title tag at the top of the browser. I've already added this to your site Rick and the template for all future sites. I'm going to have to write a small program to activate it on past sites so if anyone wants it, let me know. Otherwise I'll active them this weekend when I have some more time to work on it.

I just took a quick look at edit on my home page. I do see that the title (in content) is different (at top) however in the edit tab there is only one "page title" box to change.

It's not that big of a deal, I know you've got a lot of plates spinning right now, just an FYI.

I have to add a ton more content before I worry about the SEO details.
