Yes it's a single file that you just save and load from your site rather than the NACHI site. You just need to edit one line in the file that has the size. I need to enable your ability to upload .js files though.

Let me know when you enable uploading .js files, since there are a couple of other videos I'd like to install. I assume that by right clicking and "save link as" on the selected file I can save it then upload.
But how do I alter the file code other than after loading the file as an image from page edit mode, and clicking on Source. However, in the code of the file you modified on my site I don't see any code related to the screen size (but I'd probably not know it if it was there). Is there something else involved? |

Notice the source code for your video is now:
<script type="text/javascript" src="http://www.marylandenergyauditor.com/sites/marylandenergyauditor.com/files/userfiles/episode35.js"></script> <script type="text/javascript" src="http://www.nachi.tv/episode35.js"></script> What I did was type in www.nachi.tv/episode35.js into my internet browser and clicked file save to save the file (your browser might ask you automatically). Open the file in notepad (Start->Programs->Accessories->Notepad. Look at the last file: swfobject.embedSWF(base + "player.swf", "player", "520", "480", "8", "expressInstall.swf", flashvars, params, attributes); The 520x480 is the size. I adjust them here to 450x415 so it's still in the correct ratio. Saved the file. Then upload it to your site by clicking on My Account and Files and upload it. Then you can point directly to it. The main location for your file would be the same as above but you'd change the file name. Let me know if this makes sense and if anyone else needs help. |

Hey Dom, I'm trying this out and having a little problem. I created a menu item for the video's then created a page for the video I wanted but when I click on the menu it says page not found.
I want to create a sub list under the Video menu item that takes people to a page for that video. What did I do wrong? |

Scott, Looks like Chris has the javascript files setup improperly for 58-60. You can email him and let him know the following is not pointing correctly: var flashvars = { File: " bitcast-a.bitgravity.com/nachi/na ", Thumb: " bitcast-a.bitgravity.com/nachi/nachitv.jpg ", ScrubMode: "normal", AutoSize: "off", AutoPlay: "off" }; John, Looks like you added a menu link but no content page. Setup the content page first. |
