The url path from the page and the link from the navigation menu have to be the same.  We could be onto something here.  Now, when I right click the youtube video I want to display, I copy the html code and then paste it in both the url path AND the link from the Nav menu?  Then, I should be good to go?

NO!! The url path is the text you added to the url path section of the page you made. When I click on your menus item for the video it takes me to this page www.calcertified.com/home-inspection-video.html and it says page not found. The url path is this part home-inspection-video.html. The page and the menu item link have to have that as the url path.

I see, said the blind man.  I'll give it a go.

I see you got it. Good job. Was it the url path?

There is one problem with it. The video has the ServiceMagic.com website on it; your potential client may decide to go to that site and look for home inspectors. I always find it detrimental to have links to other sites where your competition resides.

I suggest that you find another video or make a video of your own. This way your client stays on your site, plus they get to see you in action.
