TOPIC: anyone have template that separates each room

I am looking for a template that breaks each room apart individually.
has anyone seen anything like this and are there pros or cons of doing this

Hi Steve,

I would recommend using the default template.

For the most part, the default template is going to do what you want it to do. If you were to break it down completely room by room it becomes a bit too redundant.
For example, listing that every single room has drywall walls, carpet, etc.
The default template is setup as a room by room /system hybrid.

I do that. My folks are mostly out of town buyers, and they REALLY like the room by room breakdown. It kinda gives them a punch list of what they need to do I guess....
