TOPIC: New Stationery

Hi Folks, this is my first official post. Just wanted to share my stationery with the group. Working on 4 more just to spice things up a bit. Let me know what you think. Thought it would have been harder to create but so far, fairly easy. Using MS Word 2007 to create them in and then saving them as PDF file. Created some new folders in HIP called "Cover Page" and "Other Pages". I also am including another version of the cover page where I have added my picture along with a few report pages for the main body.

Also thanks for the info on the HSV, but I needed to adjust the transparency to 0 and the set the value to 100.
This value had to be the same for HSV and HSL for, Border, Header Background and Header Font. Here is a sample
full report minus the details for everyone to view. Made the report so that it is easier to view aesthetically
and for less strain on the eyes.

I have a completed report ready but the maximum size allowable for uploading is 5megs, my file is almost 8 megs. How can I get this to you?

Michael, you need to reduce the quality of your stationary, you have created it at too high a level and that is driving the document size up. My cover page pdf is only 154kb and secondary pages are less then 50kb, your cover page is 500kb+ and the all other page stationary is roughly 400kb. So since you have 50 pages in your test report, you are multiplying that other stationary size against the total number of pages, that gives you a large document even before you add pictures.

If you go to a website like
online2pdf.com/pdf-reduce-size
you can upload and reduce the pdf resolution. It will still be good for printing, you just cannot enlarge it on a billboard anymore. This will not affect the quality of the photos as HIP does that on it's own.
