Oh yeah, that's all part of the stationery. The title, house photo and inspection info text are the only HIP portions

I understand almost none of this. I'm totally frustrated.

Just think of websites and how they have backgrounds on many sites besides white.
Many HIP templates for websites have ability to add graphic backdrops.
This is along those lines.

Jeffrey, Kenton, think of it this way. About 10 years ago when I started HIP some of the inspectors I followed had pre printed paper with their watermark and a border on it. When they finished the report they would put that paper in the printer and print their report onto it making it look fancier. HIP's stationery feature is the same thing except that the paper is replaced by a separate PDF that HIP "Prints" on top of.

Cameron used Photoshop to make his "Digital Stationery." When he generates the report HIP puts the cover photo onto it, just like it always does, the client info, etc. But now this info shows on TOP of his pretty stationery.

The details Cameron is going over is how he figured out how to line things up. He did a normal inspection in HIP (pre-stationery) and then saved the cover page as an image. Then he drew a frame around where the picture would go but deleted the actual picture itself. That way HIP just loads the picture there. HIP always puts the pictures in the same place so this works out well.

Does that make a little more sense?
