Jason I see that happen when text has been copied and pasted from Word or another program. Try typing it into the website I pasted above and then paste into a NEW document in HIP and see if they are maintained.

I am having a strange issue. I have created a new HVAC document. I include it to the heating & air conditioning section and check the box for section introduction but then when I move away to another doc and then return to HVAC doc all is unselected.

When generating the report it does not include the doc.

Hmm, that is odd. Are there any special characters or anything in the documents name?

No there are no unusual characters. It seems to be an issues with the template. I was using Serge's template as a base and modifying it and for some reason there is a conflict. I am not sure why, I will have to work out of another template and see if I can get it to work.

Send a copy of the document (it's in the C:\Program Files (x86)\Home Inspector Pro\Data\Documents folder) when you get a chance and I'll take a look at it.
