TOPIC: Template which to use

Hi again  I am very confused being so used to my old software inspectuve. I do not know which template to use. I tried the default one that was recommended but I do not like it. I do not want to see any check boxes just narratives and would love to see my reports look like the none s that inspectuve generated I am gong crazy and wish I did not have to switch. Please help before my head pops thanks

Every template can have the ratings/check boxes turned off by going to Report Settings->Ratings, so don't be concerned with that. I recommend most guys try an inspection with the default, or go to the list of all templates here (one of the first posts in this section) and download one of Serge's templates. Or there's several dozen others you can try out.

Which format do you like better, Room by Room, or System by System? What area of the country are you in?

Creating a good template does not happen over night.

If you want one like you had you will need to create the template.

There may be one you can use in the mean time.

I work on my template, weekly. I have been using the software for at least 3 years.

Just start one section, item, page at a time.

How do I post a template to the message board? I'm creating a template from the blank template and would like to include the earthquake report. How do I do that?

Click on Reply on a post or click New Topic to create your own. Then click on Additional Options->Attach.

Thanks everyone for there advice. I am in NY and I prefer room by room.
