TOPIC: How do you load a template from the NACHI message board?

Could someone give me advice on how to load a template from the NACHI site.  I tried using the same directions from the other posts in this subject but it did not work.    Which one of the files is it that needs to be installed in the data folder for home inspector pro?  I am using Firefox for a web browser.

You need to put the .tpz in the Data folder and all the documents (.hzf) in the Data\Documents folder. Let us know if you need more help.

    I Did as you instructed the template that is Labeled STL.TPZ is in the data folder and all of the other files are in the data/documents folder.  When I open the program I can't see the template when you select the open template hot key.  All of the info is there but it does not give you the option for that template.  Have to run,  thank you for the assistance.

If you're using Windows 7 or Vista you might need to go to the Data folder, right click on the template and click the button to allow the file that came from another computer access. A recent windows update adds this restriction and can hide or make files read only. If you still have problems we can do a remote session.

    Using windows XP that came loaded on the lap top.  Have not loaded any windows upgrades except for the typical updates that come out.  If you would like we can set a time for tomorrow when you have a chance.  Still at work right now and do not have a connection for the lap top.  Will be up and running around 9-10 tomorrow morning after the first cup of coffee.  Let me know when a good time is for you.  I am out here in your neck of the woods, Wheatland CA, north of Sacramento.
